Each Everest employee takes part in an orientation session covering our company policies, green cleaning procedures, and exposure control program. This is followed by a hands-on training program specifically tailored to the buildings in which they will be working. We also train substitute employees in the particular requirements for every building we clean. This enables Everest to provide uninterrupted service to our clients in the event that one of our regularly assigned employees is unable to work.
