We are an award-winning, union-based cleaning company that specializes in commercial, construction, and residential cleaning services. Founded in 2010 by Hamline University alumnus Anthony Dahl, Anthony plays an active role in quality control and gives each client the personal attention they deserve.

Our success begins with hiring responsible employees, compensating them fairly, engaging them in continuous training, and holding them accountable for their quality of work. Each Everest employee takes part in an orientation session covering our company policies, green cleaning procedures, and exposure control program. This is followed by a hands-on training program specifically tailored to the buildings in which they will be working. We also train substitute employees in the particular requirements for every building we clean. This enables Everest to provide uninterrupted service to our clients in the event that one of our regularly assigned employees is unable to work.

To guarantee the highest level of cleaning services, we utilize quality control programs which include onsite inspections and customer surveys. We constantly monitor our work, and should any area fail to meet our strict cleaning standards or yours, we will correct it in a timely manner according to the urgency of the situation.
